Livery Overview You can choose the service you require each day, whether you wish to have your horse fully cared for or simply turned out in the morning, or brought in at night. This system is particularly beneficial to working people whose time has many demands. Unfortunately, we cannot offer basic DIY livery, the closest service to this is a simple turn-out or bring-in. At the other extreme we can offer a complete livery service to include exercise when required. We are very flexible and do our best to accommodate your needs. We currently employ one full-time and three part-time grooms, all of whom are experienced and reliable. There is an American Barn style yard and other more traditional stabling, each with easy access to haylege and straw. Other facilities include a wash room with hot water, secure alarmed tack rooms, locked fields and 24 hour supervision. There is plenty of good quality grazing in 28 well managed paddocks which are fenced with post and mains electric fencing. We have an indoor school with excellent lighting enabling riding on dark winter evenings. This is ideal for lunging and loose schooling. The outdoor menage is well drained and maintained giving fantastic year-round use. Both schools have jump wings and poles for your use. From mid-April to mid-October we set aside a field for schooling that has a full set of BSJA show-jumps, a few cross-country fences and a grass dressage arena. During the spring and summer we take in horses for breaking and schooling. I have references from previous owners which I am happy to provide. The time invested in a young horse at this stage will reward you for the next 20 years. For more information speak to Sue on 01884 33849 or 0777 333 8183. Security is high and increased with the family living on site, there is always someone around 24 hours a day. Within the next 6 months we will have grooms accommodation on-site.
